Do you deliver orders internationally?
Yes, we ship orders internationally to all countries in the European Union and worldwide. During the ordering process, you can choose the delivery country. Deliveries are made by DPD courier.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the country. The delivery time within the European Union is 2 to 3 working days, while outside the European Union, it may be extended due to customs procedures in the destination country, taking 3 to 7 days or longer.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. For more information, please visit the Returns and Complaints page. If the product is not suitable, you can return it and place a new order.
