If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is our complaint procedure:

RETURNS
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package without providing a reason.
The returned product must not be used or tested in a vehicle, and the warranty seals must not be broken.
**Select Products to Return**
Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to make the return.
**Provide Shipping Details**
Review the details taken from your order and fill in any missing information, such as the shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.
**Pack and Send the Package**
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package to the courier, take it to a parcel locker, or a drop-off point.

Remember to include the receipt and a withdrawal form in the package. Be sure to provide your bank account number and clearly fill out your name and surname to speed up the refund process. You can also send the withdrawal form to the following email address: sale@ecusale.com.
The 14-day return period is determined by the date of the email with the withdrawal form or the date the return package is sent. The returned product must be complete and show no signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will have to send it back to you at your expense.
We will transfer the refund for the returned product no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The method of refund will depend on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant bank transfer, the refund will be made in the same way.
Please note: service costs such as resetting to VIRGIN state, IMMO OFF, data transfer (cloning), or any other programming and preparation services are non-refundable.
The cost of returning the product to the store is covered by the customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order amount minus the return shipping cost.
