The Bosch 55244353 / 0281018924 engine ECU for selected Fiat Ducato versions is supplied in Virgin Plug & Play condition and automatically adapts to the vehicle when installed, provided the module is compatible and the immobiliser system is working correctly.
The Bosch EDC16C39 ECU offered here carries OEM part number 55244353 and Bosch number 0281018924. It is suitable for selected Fiat Ducato 250 versions; the vehicle model alone is not sufficient to confirm compatibility.
Before purchasing, compare both numbers with the label on your original ECU: 55244353 and 0281018924. If either number is different, please send us a photo of the original ECU together with the VIN so that we can check compatibility. A different part number does not automatically mean that the ECUs are interchangeable.
This ECU is supplied as Virgin Plug & Play. The data from the previous vehicle has been cleared, allowing the ECU to adapt automatically after installation in a compatible vehicle with a correctly functioning immobiliser system. Plug & Play refers specifically to the way this ECU has been prepared and does not mean that it is compatible with every Ducato version.
The Virgin version retains full compatibility with the vehicle's immobiliser system. The immobiliser is not disabled.
These options are not included by default with the Virgin Plug & Play version. The required ECU preparation must be agreed before dispatch.
