We care about the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. In case of any issues with your purchase, we provide full support for complaints and returns.
Complaints
If the product is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us – we will help resolve the issue.
Product returns are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery.
After 14 days from the delivery date, only the warranty (complaint) procedure applies – product returns are no longer possible. Under the warranty, we provide full technical support, product testing, and – if a defect is confirmed – replacement or repair (if the issue is minor and does not affect the proper operation of the unit).
In the case of a complaint, the issue must be reported immediately, including the error code and a detailed description of the problem.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the product must be sent back to our company address along with a description of the problem and any error codes.
The product will be tested and then repaired or replaced within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt.
1. Submitting a complaint
You can submit a complaint in a convenient way:

2. Required information
To speed up the process, please provide:
- order number,
- ECU part number,
- detailed description of the issue,
- photos or video showing the problem (if possible),
- proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. Product verification
After receiving your request, we will perform an initial analysis and provide further instructions. If necessary, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.
The complaint applies only to the product itself. Installation, removal, diagnostics and any additional costs related to fitting the product in a vehicle are not refundable.
4. Complaint resolution
After inspection, we will inform you about the result. Possible solutions include:
- replacement with a working unit,
- repair of the product,
- refund for the product,
- other individually agreed solution.
5. Processing time
Complaints are processed as quickly as possible – usually within 7 working days from receiving the product.

Returns (Withdrawal from contract)
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from receiving the parcel, without providing a reason.
Important: the returned product must not show signs of use, must not be installed or tested in a vehicle, and warranty seals must remain intact.
The refund covers only the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Service costs are non-refundable. This applies in particular to services performed individually on customer request, such as:
- DPF off,
- EGR off,
- software tuning modifications,
- data cloning from the original unit,
- preparation of ECU in IMMO OFF version.
These services are performed individually and cannot be cancelled or refunded once completed.
If a returned product has been installed or connected to a vehicle, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of 70 € . This fee covers re-testing of the device and resetting it to remove customer data.
How to return a product

You can return the entire order or selected items.
2. Prepare the shipment
Pack the product securely and include proof of purchase and a withdrawal statement.
3. Send the package
Ship the parcel by courier or drop-off point to the address below.

To speed up the refund, please provide your bank account details. You may also send the withdrawal statement via email: sale@ecusale.com.
The refund is processed within a maximum of 7 working days from receiving and verifying the return. The refund method depends on the original payment method.
The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

FAQ – Returns and complaints
Can I return an ECU engine controller after installation?
No. Returns are only possible for products that have not been used, installed or tested in a vehicle and have intact warranty seals.
How can I speed up the complaint process?
Please provide the order number, ECU part number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or video significantly help with verification.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Can I return a programmed ECU?
No. Services such as IMMO OFF, VIRGIN or cloning are non-refundable.
What if I received a damaged product?
Please contact us immediately – we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
