Original ECU 8573582 (0281019699)
We sell a used, original DDE 8573582 unit (Bosch 0281019699) for the BMW 2.0 Diesel. Before dispatch we look inside it and then test it in a car. The unit has never been repaired and has never been in contact with diesel. The ECU comes with a warranty of 6 months.
Preparing for fitting
Like any used ECU, 8573582 has to be matched to the car. The simplest way is cloning: you send us your old ECU and we transfer the immobiliser, ISN and VIN from it – included in the price. The other option is programming in the car.
Extra modifications
For an extra charge we carry out swirl flap removal (Flaps OFF) and EGR OFF. We do DPF OFF and AdBlue OFF only when the car has these systems – AdBlue is fitted to some models only.
Repair instead of replacement
If your ECU has no communication, cuts out once the engine is warm or has been contaminated with diesel, we can repair it – then it does not need programming. In the BMW 2.0 Diesel, diesel usually leaks from a faulty fuel pressure sensor and reaches the ECU connector through the wiring. Replace this sensor before refitting, or the problem will come back.
