Water from the scuttle
- cause: water from blocked scuttle drains,
- symptoms: starting problems, injector control problems, rough running, misfiring.
These symptoms do not always mean a faulty ECU – run a diagnosis first. After fitting, keep an eye on the scuttle drains: the housing is protected but not waterproof.

Virgin – programmed like new
The ECU is clean – Virgin: wiped of data, immobiliser and Car Pass code. After fitting it is programmed like a new unit with Tech-2 or OP-COM. The electronics have never been repaired. We refurbished the housing and protected it against water, but it is not waterproof.
Cloning is included: send the EEPROM and FLASH files (MPC processor) or your whole old ECU. Extra cost: EGR OFF, tuning and, on versions with a DPF filter, DPF OFF. Warranty: 6 months.
