How we prepared this unit
We sell it as a clean Virgin: we have removed its data, immobiliser and Car Pass code, so it must be programmed in the car like a new unit – with Tech-2 or OP-COM. It has never been repaired, and the refurbished housing is protected against water, although it is not waterproof. If you prefer a clone, send the EEPROM and FLASH files or the whole ECU – cloning is included. EGR OFF, tuning and DPF OFF are available at extra cost. The warranty is 6 months.
Why 1.3 CDTI ECUs fail
In the Corsa D the ECU sits under the scuttle, so when the drains block, water floods it. The result is starting problems, injector control problems, rough running and misfiring (confirm the fault with a diagnosis before buying). Our refurbished housing is protected against water but not waterproof – so make sure water drains properly from the scuttle and does not flood the ECU.
