Condition and preparation
This ECU is a Virgin unit – it programs itself to the vehicle, with no coding, immobiliser programming or injector coding (condition: matching numbers and a working immobiliser). The electronics have never been repaired. We refurbished the housing and protected it against water, but it is not waterproof. Every unit is tested on the bench and in a vehicle.

Vehicle compatibility
Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper with the 2.2 HDi engine. Two numbers on your ECU label decide – both must be identical:
- Continental number: S180129201K
- Software number S/W: 9691761180
Other numbers on the sticker do not matter. Other SID208 numbers we offer: S180129201E, S180129201H, S180129301B, S180129303C.
What we need to know after purchase
- Does the vehicle have air conditioning?
- Gearbox: manual or automatic?
Without these two details we cannot prepare the right software version – one number has two possibilities.
Water – the main cause of SID208 failure
- cause: water and a short circuit on the injector side,
- result: no injector signal, the engine will not start.
